About the Expert Speaker:

Jamie Pride, Chief Entrepreneur in Residence, 麻豆官网首页入口 Launch Pad

Jamie has had a 27-year career working across both the corporate and entrepreneurial domains. His executive career has included roles as the CEO of , a Partner at Deloitte Digital and a Partner in Korn Ferry鈥檚 organisational strategy practice. He has also worked globally for , Red Hat software & Cisco Systems.

His entrepreneurial career has included the founding and funding of 6 startups, completed an IPO on the Australian Stock Exchange and raised more than $200mil in private and public markets as a venture capitalist. Jamie sold his first startup to a division of IBM and has also had two other startup exits.

Jamie is the author of Unicorn Tears: Why Startups Fail & How to Avoid It - published globally by Wiley in 2018. Mr Pride holds a Master of Management in Strategic Behaviour from Macquarie University.
